Mr Miller from the Committee on Interior Waters reported order of notice on petition of James S. Waters and others - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Mr Clark from the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals to which was referred the petition of Anson G. Chandler and others made a report asking to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject and recommending the reference of said petition to the Committee on Interior Waters, - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Mr Purinton from the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions to which was referred the petition of M. F. Kimball and others, made a report asking to be discharged from further consideration of said petition and recommending the reference of the same to the Committee on the Judiciary read and accepted.
