The Committee on Division of Towns reported leave to withdraw on petition of Henry Dodge and others - read and accepted; in concurrence.

The Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions, to which was referred an order relative to amending the Act for the instruction of Youth, reported that legislation on that subject is inexpedient, - read and accepted in concurrence.
