Petition of Columbus Dunne and others, praying that township No. 10, in the first range of townships from the east line of the State may be incorporated into a town - read and referred to the Committee of Incorporation of Towns in concurrence.

Petition of Timothy Nye Jr. and others; - " -of James Freeman Jr. and others; - " -of Simeon B. Perry and others, praying for the preservation of Fish in the Penobscot River and its tributary streams, severally read and referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Waldo Fire and Marine Insurance Company;

Resolve for the purchase of a Library for the use of the Legislature (amended) severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Hampden House Proprietary was read the second time and passed to be engrossed, in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Umbagog Company was read the second time, and the same, on motion of Mr. Greene was ordered to lie on the table,
