Governor's Message as relates to the appointment of Electors of President and Vice President of the United States, - made a report which was read and accepted - and with which Report was submitted.
Resolve providing for the choice of Electors of President and Vice President of the United States, - read once and on motion of Mr Benson ordered to lie on the table and that 300 copies of the Report and Resolve be printed for the use of the Legislature.
