Petition of Putnam Rolf, praying for permission to build a Dam across the west branch of the Schooduc River at Louies Island Rips; -"- of Peter G. Farnsworth, praying for leave to build a dam across tide waters at Sceiop's narrows in Pembroke; -"- of William Willis and others, praying to be incorporated for the purpose of creating dams, booms &c on the Androscoggin River, severally read and referred to the Committee on Interior Waters, in concurrence.
Mr Talbot from the Joint Select Committee to which was referred an order relative to Broad Rimmed Wheels in the County of Washington, reported that Legislation on that subject is inexpedient, - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
