That so much of the Message as relates to a Geological Survey be referred to a Joint Special Committee, consisting on the part of the Senate of Messrs Greene, Purinton and Benson with such as the House may join. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred and Messrs Comstock, Holmes of Winthrop, Stone, Marden, Farley, Smith of Palmyra and Coburn are joined.
