On motion by Mr Buxton of North Yarmouth Ordered, That the same amount be made up on the Pay Roll to the Clerk, for making up the Journal as was allowed on the Pay Roll to to him, of the last session.

On motion by same, Ordered That the Committee on the Pay Roll be instructed to make up the pay of Thomas Baker, as messenger of this House at the rate of five dollars per day for himself Page and two assistance employed by him up to and including Tuesday next.

Mr Richardson of Portland has leave of absence from and after to day.

Resolves concerning the State Prison, came from the Senate amended for concurrence and the House agreed to the amendment and passed the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence

On motion of Mr Hamlen of Hampden Ordered that the messenger of this House cause nine copies of the printed Report of the Committee on a State Bank, to be sent by mail to each member of this House.
