Mansur of Monroe, was read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - An Act to change the name of Bloomfield came from the Senate indefinitely postponed & the House nonconcurred & the House referred the Bill to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

The House reconsidered their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed entitled An Act to establish a municipal Court in the town of Augusta - rejected the amendment proposed by the Senate and then passed the Bill to be engrossed without said amendment. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Belfast Bank - - " to increase the Capital Stock of the Ticonic Bank - - " to increase the Capital Stock of the Bank of Cumberland in Portland were severally read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence

John Bridges Jun of Charlotte & Ebenezer Higgins of Exeter resigned their seats as members of this House.

Bill - An Act additional to an act to pay the Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Ordered that the Committee on the Pay Roll make up the pay of John Bridges Jun & Ebenezer Higgins for their travel & attendance up to & including Tuesday next.
