Resolve in favor of Argyle Plantation - - for finishing the gun house in Eastport - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act altering the time of a term of the Supreme Judicial Court and Court of Common Pleas in the County of Lincoln - was read a third time & referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr Cram of New Sharon, Ordered, That the Committee on the Militia and Military affairs, be instructed to enquire into the expediency of so far altering the 21st Section of the Militia law passed March 8th 1834, as to extend the time of holding Reviews until the 18th day of October. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the New Port Manufacturing Company - was read a third time and amended & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act allowing additional pay to the Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court was read a third time & postponed till Tuesday next.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the City Bank was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence and the question was taken by yeas and nays and decided as follows yeas 99 nays 54 [see appendix page 171.] Sent up for concurrence.
