Bill - An Act to set off a tract of land from Lewiston to Greene, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to provide for the education of Youth was called up and an amendment Office [?] by Mr Chadwick of Gardiner and 300 copies thereof ordered to be printed and the subject assigned for a further consideration on Thursday next at 10' o'clock.

Bill - An Act further regulating Banks & Banking was read 1st & 2d time and amended and assigned for a 3d reading at 2 o'clock this afternoon -
