Bill - An Act in addition to an act for the preservation of Salmon, Shad and Alewives in the Penobscot River and Bay and their tributary waters was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on Resolves in favor of Cherryfield Academy - " Alfred Academy - - " Berwick Academy - - " Wiscasset Academy - - " Warren Academy - - " Farmington Academy - - " Eastport Academy - - " Parsonsfield Academy discharging the Committee from an examination of the merits of the several resolves were read and accepted. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of a statement of facts concerning the Barring & Houlton Road, was read & accepted and 300 copies thereof ordered to be printed for the use of the members.
