Met according to adjournment.

On motion of Mr Holmes of Alfred, Ordered, That the Committee on the Pay Roll be directed to make up the travel & attendance of Ashbel Cram to, and including this day.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Central Market House Company, was further amended read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the order relative to gambling & horse racing - - on fixing the time within which, after sentence, criminals condemned to death shall be executed - - on fixing the size & quality of Bricks - - on order relative to forfeitures for violation of the license laws - - on order relative to protecting real estate from intrusion - - on order relative to Clerks of Courts publishing County expenses - that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence.

Leave to Withdraw was granted in concurrence on Petition of Joseph Stockbridge -

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Lincolnville Soap Stone, Coal & Marble Company, came from the Senate amended, and the House passed the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended in concurrence.
