Bill - An Act establishing the Salary of the Attorney General - was read a 3d time & passage refused - and the question was taken by yeas & nays & decided as follow yeas 37 nays 109. Sent up for concurrence. [see appendix page 96]

Bill - An Act to incorporate the town of Amity was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Farmington Academy - - in favor of Cherryfield Academy - were severally read once & referred to the Committee on Literature & Literary Institution. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve relating to the discussion of Sluiceway in Maine was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed and the question was decided by yeas & nays as follows yeas 153 nays 11. [see appendix page 101.] Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Hampden & Carmel Canal & Railroad Company was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act concerning Stud horses and Jack was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed with an amendments. Sent up for concurrence.
