Petition of Drummond Farnsworth Judge of Probate for Somerset County for an increase of capital. - of Cullen Sawtelle Register - for same were severally referred in concurrence to the Committee to consist of the delegation from the County of Somerset.
Report on Remonstrance of William E Mitchell & others granting leave to withdraw, was read & accepted in concurrence.
Resolve in favor of John Hodgdons was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading
Resolve for the distribution of the Field Tents belonging to this State, reported in a new draft, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Bangor and Moosehead Lake Stage Company was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Hallowell Steam Mill and Boom Company, was read 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading
Bill - An Act to establish the Ticome Village Corporation was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading
Petition of John S Barrows [?] & others for a Canal from Lovells Pond to Sebago Pond
