Reports on an Order relative to duties paid by Fish Inspectors - - On an Order relative to riots & mods - - On an Order relative to mortgages an real estate - - On an Order relative to enlarging the powers of Judges of Probate - - On an Order relative to foreign attachment - - On an Order relative to the fees of Justices of the Peace - - On an order relative to Clerks of Courts renewing Execution - - On an order relative to repealing an act to prevent the destruction of Moose and Deer that legislation is inexpedient, were severally read & accepted in concurrence

Leave to withdraw was granted in concurrence Petition of John Lee & others - - M.F. Kimball & others - - Arthur McArthur & others -

Bill - An Act to establish a Seminary for the purpose of promoting useful learning, and for the better qualifying Primary School Teachers, was read 1st & 2d time & Friday at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Bill - An Act to abolish imprisonment for debt was read a 1st & 2d time and Tuesday of next week assigned for a 3d reading at 10 oclock

Resolve in favor of the Road from Moosehead Lake to Brighton - - respecting the reductions of the tolls on Vaughans Bridge - were severally read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.
