Met according to adjournment

Resolve An additional Resolve for the benefit of the Blind, laid on the table by Mr Scammon of Pittston was read once and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

On motion of Mr Walton of Portland Ordered, That the Secretary of State cause to be published, in the several papers within the State in which the Public acts are promulgated, An act passed March 2d 1833 requiring the Inspectors of smoked and pickled Fish to make annual returns of their inspection to the office of the Secretary of State. Sent up for concurrence

On motion of Mr Holmes of Alfred Ordered That the Secretary of State cause to be printed forthwith three hundred copies of an act entitled "an act defining certain rights and duties of Rail road Corporations" passed at the present session, & distribute the same among the members of the Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Cram of Bridgton has leave of absence from & after Thursday next and Mr Brown of Dover for four days from and after to day.

The House reconsidered their vote of Saturday last indefinitely postponing the Bill An Act prescribing the mode of making and repairing public Highways
