The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Bill - An Act to establish the Belfast & Quebec Rail road Corporation -An Act to incorporate the Kennebunk Port granite and Rail Road Company which were severally passed to be Enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolves in favor of Westbrook Seminary - - in favor of Foxcroft Academy - - in favor of Anson Academy - - in favor of Lewiston Falls Academy - - in favor of Union Academy - - in favor of Titcomb Belgrade Academy - were severally read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Report on petition of Peter Adams & William Wentworth - ordering Leave to Withdraw - was accepted in concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Frankfort Steam Mill, Wharf & Warehouse Corporation also Bill - An Act to incorporate the Jonesboro and Whineyville Rail Road Company was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve for the preservation of the Mars Hill Road was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
