Notice was Ordered in concurrence on Petition of Allen Gilman, Mayor of Bangor - of Samuel Hudson & others -

On motion of Mr Paris of Buckfield Ordered, That the Special Committee of this House to whom was referred an order directing them to enquire into the expediency of altering or abolishing the salary or compensation of Reports of Decisions of the Supreme Judicial Court Co empowered to send for persons & papers with authority to administer oaths and examine them as witness.

On motion by Mr Holmes of Alfred Ordered, That the Committee on accounts be instructed to allow such Bridge Inspectors & adjutants of Regiments the amount of pa provided by law, notwithstanding they may not have made their return within the time therein specified - provided such returns were made in season for the adjutant general to make his return. Sent up for concurrence.
