Report on petition of Peter Adams & an other granting leave to Withdraw, was recommitted with instructions to report an Order of Notice returnable to the next Legislature - Sent up for concurrence.

Reports on petitions of Joseph Granger & others - - - - Kennebec Log Diving Company - - Bill An Act to incorporate the Umbagog Company - were severally read & referred to the next Legislature in concurrence with the Senate.

On motion by Mr Davis of Mountvernon Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of enlarging the powers of Judges of Probate in relation to the sale and investment of proceeds of lands of minors and persons non compos - Sent up for concurrence.
