259. Petition of Robert Maxwell for a Pension, was read & referred to the Committee on Military Pensions. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Allen Gilman, Mayor of the City of Bangor for authority to erect a Market house over the Kenduskeag Stream - of Kennebec Log Driving Company for an extension of powers - were severally read and referred to the Committee on Interior Waters. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Joseph Jones & others of Camden to sell the Negunticook Meeting House in said town was read & referred to the Committee on Parishes Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Lewis C Kelley & others to be incorporated by the name of the Mount Waldo Stone Quarry Corporation - was read & referred to the Committee on Manufactures. Sent up for concurrence.

Remonstrance of William C Mitchell & others against the petition of certain individuals of the tract called Fordtown to be incorporated. was read & referred to the Committee on the Incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An act to divorce True W Dore from Nancy Dore his wife, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed Sent up for concurrence.
