Bill - An Act creating the Saco and Biddeford Village Corporation, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Hancock and Penobscot Rail road Company, was read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheets annexed marked A and B by the Senate and further amended as on sheet annexed marked C. Sent up for concurrence

Bill - An Act concurring limited partnerships was read twice and 500 copies ordered to be printed for the use of the members -

Bill - An Act defining certain rights and duties of Rail Road Corporations, came from the Senate amended and the House passed the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended in concurrence.

Petition of James Smith & others for aid in erecting a Gun house was read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

On Motion of Mr Hobbs of Eastport Ordered That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire what further provisions of law, if any, is necessary to regulate the process of foreign attachment. Sent up for concurrence.
