Met according to adjournment.

Resolve in favor of the town of Lewiston laid on the table by Mr Garcelon of Lewiston, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Casco Steam Manufacturing Company was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Bangor & Lower Stillwater Manufacturing Company was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Act respecting the Maine Stage Company laid on the table by Mr Woodbury of Minot, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Phipsburg Coal Company was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet A. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Washington Pipe Clay Company was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An additional act respecting Bridges, was read a 3d time & Tuesday next assigned for the further consideration of the subject.

Resolve for the preservation & repair of the Canada Read was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.
