Bills - An Act to authorize the town of North Yarmouth to dispose of the old meeting house in said town - - An Act to incorporate the Camden Cotton and Woolen Manufacturing Compy- - An Act to incorporate the Bridgton Manufacturing Company - - An additional Act to incorporate the Chesuncook Company - An Act to repeal the incorporation of the Proprietors of the Fryeburg Canal - were severally read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Sandford Manufacturing Company, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed without the amendments of the House made yesterday - the House recede there from & pass the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence.

Petition of Lucy Maison came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Military Pensions - for concurrence and the House concurred.

On motion of Mr Field of Mercer Ordered That the Committee on Finance be instruct to inquire into the expediency of taking six thousand seven hundred ninety three dollars & forty four cents from the valuation of the town of Starks & of adding the same to the valuation of Mercer.

An order came from the Senate instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of repealing the 7th Section of an act entitled "an act additional to an act regula-
