Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Nathan Smith 2nd of Nathaniel Gray for change of name were severally read and referred to the Committee on change of names.

Report on the petition of Winslow Hall and others was taken from the files of the Senate and recommitted and the House concurred.

Bill An Act defining certain rights and duties of Rail Road Corporations was read a third time and amended, and then the House
