Petition of John N Davis & others of townships No 28, 3 in the 3d Range east of the Kennebec River in the County of Somerset to be incorporated as a town. was read & referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act additional to a act to organize govern & discipline the militia of this State, was read a third and ordered to lie on the table until Thursday next at 10 oclock.

Resolve respecting the shire ton of the County of Hancock, laid on the table by Mr Holmes of Alfred was, read twice & passed to be engrossed.

Sent up for concurrence.
