Leave to withdraw in concurrence was ordered on Petition of James Small _____ & _____ of Joseph Stanley _____

Report on an Order relative to removing obstinately disobedient Scholars &c, that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence.

Report on the order of the 26th ult in relative to the culture &c of Barley, was recommitted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Freedom Academy, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Sullivan Granite Company, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion by Mr Holmes of Winthrop, Ordered That the Committee upon Roads Bridges be instructed to enquire into the expediency of providing, by law, for the more effectual removing of snow drifts & others obstructions in roads in the winter season. Sent up for concurrence.
