On motion of Mr Allen of Bangor Ordered That the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire whether further legislation is necessary to authorize the County Commissioners for the County of Penobscot to locate County roads over lands belonging to, and in possession of the Penobscot tribe of Indians - Sent up for concurrence.

Notice was ordered in concurrence on the Petition of Joseph Granger & others -

Report of the Committee of Conference on the subject of disagreement of the two Houses on the petition of Solomon Littlefield that the Senate recede from their vote and concur with the House was read and accepted.

Petition of John Bracket & others - - of Jonathan Greene & others - on the subject of the laws relative to Mills - were severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Benjamin Woodman & others that the Petition of William Woodman & others may be granted - of Oliver Crowell & others in relation to Mills - Remonstrance of David Neal & others against the petition of George Williamson & others were severally read and referred to the Committee on Interior Waters. Sent up for concurrence
