Met according to adjournment.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill - An Act giving power to the County Commissioners for the County of York to layout a Road over Saco River - - An Act additional to an Act to incorporate the Brunswick Company passed Feb 6. 1834. which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Leave to withdraw; was reported on Petition of Elijah Grover & others - and the report was accepted. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Stephen Wing & others - " - " John Chase & others - for enactments to protect the fish in Penobscot River, were severally read & referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries - Sent up for concurrence

Petition of James Small for allowance for extra survey as a Militia Officer, was read & referred to the Committee on Claims. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Samuel H Hilton & others to be set off from Starks to Norridgewock - Remonstrance of the Town of Starks agst the same were severally read & referred to the Committee on the Division of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Thomas Lincoln & others on behalf of Union Academy for aid - was read & referred to the Committee on Literature
