A communication was received from the Senate proposing a Convention of both Houses in the Representatives Hall at 11 oclock this day for the purpose of administering the oaths of qualification to Timothy Pillsbury & John Burnham Councillors elect & also for the purpose of electing by ballot a Treasurer of State - and the House concurred & the Clerk acquainted the Senate therewith.

Orders of Notice were reported on petitions of - Samuel Little & others - - Peleg Mitchell & others - - Caleb Gilman & others - - Thomas Chase & others - and the reports were accepted in concurrence with the Senate

Leave to Withdraw was reported on petitions of Joseph Martin Nathaniel Brackett & others and the reports were accepted in concurrence with the Senate

Indefinitely postponed - Resolve providing for the purchase of a site for a Gunhouse - and the House concurred.

The Committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - An act creating the village of Brunswick into a corporation for certain purposes which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
