Met according to adjournment.

Bill - An Act authorizing the erection of dams in the town of Georgetown in the County of Lincoln, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - an act authorizing the erection of a dam across Parkers Bay in the town of Phipsburg, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate Bethel Academy was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to provide for the sale & distribution of the ministerial and School lands in Plantation No one, County of Oxford, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Holmes of Alfred moved the following order, Ordered, That Joe Sockobeson an Indian of the Penobscot Tribe be permitted to be heard on the floor of this House on certain complaints of him & his tribe in regard to their lands & other affairs & that he be heard tomorrow at eleven o'clock - which was read & ordered to lie on the table

Communications from Timothy Pillsbury & John Burnham signifying their acceptance as Councillors was received and read and sent up.
