Mr Bradbury from the Conferees on the part of the Senate to which was referred a disagreement of the two Houses in relation to a "Resolve to amend the Constitution relative to the time of the annual sessions of the Legislature and the time of the annual State elections," made a report recommending each House to adhere to their former vote, read and accepted.

Bill additional to regulate Banks and Banking (reported by Mr Cogswell from the Committee on Banks and Banking, to which was referred the report of the Bank Commissioners & also communication from the Secretary of State accompanied by the abstract of the returns made to his office in June last by the several incorporated Banks) Bill to repeal a part of third section of the act entitled an act to establish a Medical School in this State (reported by Mr Knowlton from the Joint Select Committee on an order relative to that subject) Bill concerning Pounds, Beasts impounded, stray Beasts and lost goods, Resolve for establishing an Insane Hospital, severally read once and Monday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading
