Mr Rogers, from the Committee on the Judiciary, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Reuel Wright, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to change the name of the town of North Salem, Bill additional increasing the Salary of the Judge of Probate in the County of Penobscot and fixing the times of holding the Courts in the same severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed, in concurrence.

Bill to annex Chandler's Gore to the town of Livermore was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to annex to the town of New Portland sundry lots of land lying in New Vineyard, Bill appropriating a part of the annual tax of the Skowhegan Bank for the benefit of the St. Albans
