Resolve for the aid of the Deaf and Dumb, reported by Mr Prescott from the Committee to which was referred so much of the Governor's Message as relates to the Deaf and Dumb, and an order of Feby. 10th directing inquires relative to the same, Bill additional, increasing the Salary of the Judge of Probate in the County of Penobscot, and fixing the times of holding the Courts in the same, (reported in the House by the Joint Select Committee to which was referred an order relative to the Courts of Probate for said County, and also a Bill relating to the Salary of the Judge of Probate for same.) Bill to annex Chandlers Gore, to Livermore, reported in the House by the Committees on Division of Towns, on petition of sundry inhabitants of Chandlers Gore, Bill to change the name of the town of North Salem, reported in the House by the Committtee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, on petition of inhabitants of North Salem, Bill appropriating a part of the annual tax of the Scowhegan [?] Bank for the benefit of the St. Albans Academy, reported by Mr. Farnsworth from the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions, on petition of the Trustees of St. Albans Academy, Bill to incorporate the Bangor Horticultural Society, reported by Mr. Farnham from the Committee on Agricultural, on petition of John Barstow and others, Bill providing for the appropriation of the annual tax upon the Scowhegan [?] Bank, reported by Mr Farnsworth from the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions on petition of the Trustees of Anson Academy.
