Mr. Farnsworth from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Moses Call and others; read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr Bradbury from the Committee of Conference on the part of the Senate, to which was referred a Bill to incorporate Bowmans Point Horse Ferry, made a report, recommending that each House, adhere to their former vote; read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Report referring petition of C.C. Wilcox & others, to the Committee on the Judiciary, was so amended as to give petitioners leave to withdraw their petition; read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Committee on Division of Towns reported notice to the next Legislature, on petition of Solomon McKenney, and others, read and accepted in concurred.

Bill additional relative to the inspection of Fish was taken up, amended, and ordered to be recommitted. Sent down for concurrence.

An abstract of the Returns of the Inspectors of smoked and pickled Fish, made to the office of the Secretary of State, came up from the House referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries; read & referred in concurrence.

The Committee on Division of Towns, reported reference to the next Legislature on petition of James Leighton and others; read and accepted in concurrence.
