Bill to increase the Capital Stock of the Union Bank, reported by the Committee on Banks and Banking to which was referred the petition of the Directors of the Union Bank in Brunswick, Bill to repeal "an Act respecting the anchoring of vessels on the Fishing grounds near the Manannas and Monhegan Island" referred from the last to the present Legislature. Resolve in favor of William V and Oliver Moses, reported by Mr. Groton from the Committee on Claims, Resolve for the erection of a Gunhouse in Belfast, reported by the Committee on the Militia to which was referred an order relative to the same, Resolve in favor of Samuel Holden, (reported by Mr. Kelsey from the Committee on State Lands, to which was referred the petition of Samuel Holden) severally read once and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Portland and Cape Elizabeth Coal Company, (reported in the House by the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, to which was referred the petition of Abner Bagley and others, Bill to incorporate the Penobscot Bridge, reported by Mr. Farnsworth, from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, to which was referred the petition of Frederic A Fuller and others, severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
