151 A message from the House of Representatives concurring in the foregoing proposition.
Mr. Pease from the Committee on Division of Towns, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Henry Snow and others and on petition of Jonathan Pickard and others, severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
Resolve to amend the Constitution relative to the time of the annual sessions of the Legislature, and the time of holding the annual State elections, reported by Mr. Bradbury from the Joint Special Committee to which was referred an order of the 18th instant in relation to that subject, read, and on motion of Mr. Knowlton, laid upon the table; and on motion ordered that the Secretary cause three hundred copies of said report and resolve to be printed for the use of the Legislature.
Account of Willard Small for expenses for sickness and burial of the late Hon. Joshua Cushman. Petition of Levi Goodrich and others, inhabitants of the town of Bingham, for aid to make a road through the town of Moscow, Petition of Charles Baker and others for same, severally read and referred to the Committee on Claims in concurrence.
Mr. Labaree from the Joint Select Committee to which was referred the petition of Benjamin Jackson and others, reported that the petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition.
Mr. Bridgham from the Committee on the Militia reported leave to withdraw on petition of Simeon Perkins, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
