126 Samuel Andrews and others for the incorporation of a town and refer the same to the committee on Incorporation of Towns, of which the House was informed by message and their concurrence and the return of the papers are requested. A message was received from the House concurring in the above reconsideration and return of the papers.
Petition of W. D. Williamson Judge of Probate for an increase of Salary, read and referred to a Joint Select Committee consisting of the Delegation from the County of Penobscot. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
The Senate reconsider the vote giving the Bill to incorporate the Enchanted Stream Canal Company a first reading and recommit the same. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Bill to incorporate the town of Stoneham came up amended. The Senate recede from their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed adopt the proposed amendment and pass the same to be engrossed as thus amended in concurrence.
