Agreeably to previous notice, Mr. Prescott moved for a reconsideration of the vote passing to be engrossed Bill additional to an act to abolish Special Pleadings; and the question on reconsidering said vote being ordered to be taken by Yeas and Nays was decided in the negative as follows, to wit; Yeas, Messrs. Allen, Brown, Frye, Howard, Knowlton, Labaree, Prescott, Smith and Tobin - 9. Nays, Messrs. Bradbury, Bridgham, Cobb, Cogswell, Chandler, Emmons, Farnham, Groton, Kelsey, Manning, Pease, Pierce, Porter, Rogers and Williamson 16.
