Mr. Knowlton, from the Joint Select Committee to which was referred the petition of James H. Farnum and sundry in habitants of Rumford, reported order of notice, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Petition of C. B. Norton and others, " of Nathaniel Davis and others, " of Charles Morse and others, " of Benjamin Allen and others, " of Stillman Noyes and others for a new County, severally read and referred to the Committee on the Division and alteration of Counties. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Cobb from the Committee on the Incorporation of Towns, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Nathaniel Smith and others, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The same gentleman from the same Committee reported reference to the next Legislature on petition of Moses Goodwin and others. Read and accepted. Sent down or concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Labaree from the Joint Select Committee to which was referred the Report of the Treasurer, made a report which was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Committee on the Judiciary reported leave to withdraw on petition of Hiram Rose and others, Read and accepted in concurrence.
