The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly copied from the original, "Bill further in addition to incorporate the Maine Stage Company", and the same was passed to be enacted.

Petition of Joshua Carpenter and others, praying for the passage of a law to assess an annual tax upon Stud Horses, read and referred to the Committee on Agriculture, in concurrence.
