[Resolve in favor of William Witt] The Resolve entitled "Resolve in favor of William Witt" came up, indefinitely postponed, for concurrence. The Senate receded from their former vote and concurred the House. [Resolve in favor of Saco and Biddeford] The Resolve entitled "Resolve in favor of the Towns of Saco and Biddeford" came up, the House adhering to their former vote whereby they passed the same to be Engrossed, for concurrence. The Senate nonconcurred the House in their proposition and adhered to their former vote whereby they referred the same to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. [Bill. Commercial Bank] The Bill entitled " An act to incorporate the President, Directors and Company of the Commercial Bank" again came up, the House adhering to their former vote whereby they passed the same to be Enacted, for concurrence. The Senate nonconcurred the House and adhered to their vote whereby they referred the same to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. The Senate adjourned.
