[Bill to incorporate town of Acton.]

The Bill entitled "An act to incorporate the town of Acton" came up, having in the House, passed to be Engrossed as amended, for concurrence: The Senate so far receded from their former vote as to adopt the amendment proposed by the House, and then passed the said Bill to be Engrossed, as thus amended, in concurrence.

[Bill agriculture & Manufactures]

Mr Phelps, from the Joint Select Committee to whom was referred so much of the Governor's Message as relates to auricular and agricultural Societies, reported a Bill entitled "an act for the encouragement of agriculture and manufactures," which was read the first time, and Friday next at ten o'clock a.m. was assigned for the second reading.
