(145) [motion relating to receiving Petitions] Mr. Hilton moved the following order; Ordered that no Petitions be received at this Board from and after Thursday next, during this Session of the Legislature; And, on motion, the above order was laid on the table. [Bill to incorp. Madison Bridge] The Bill entitled " An act to incorporate the Proprietors of Madison Bridge", came from the House amended and passed to be engrossed as thus amended, for concurrence. The Senate receded from their former vote so far as to adopt the amendments, proposed by the House, and then passed the same to be Engrossed, as amended in concurrence.

[Bill to incorp] The Bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Proprietors of Carritunk Bridge" came from the House amended and passed to be Engrossed as thus amended, for concurrence. The Senate receded from their former vote so far as to adopt the amendments proposed by the House, and then, passed the same to be Engrossed as amended, in concurrence. [Bill. Commercial Bank] The Bill entitled :An act to incorporate the Commercial Bank at Bangor" was read the second time and passed to be Engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. [Bill Canton Point Bridge] The Bill entitled "An additional act to incorporate the Proprietors of Canton Point Bridge" was read the second time and passed to be Engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
