[Bill authorizing a reduction of Capital stock of Kennebunk Bank] Mr. Dunlap, from the Joint Standing Committee on Banks and Banking, on the Petition of the Stockholders of the Kennebunk Bank, reported a Bill entitled " An Act authorizing a reduction of the capital stock of the Kennebunk Bank" which was read the first time and Monday next at eleven o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading.

[Bill to incorp. Hampden M.F.I. Co.] A Bill from the House entitled "An Act to incorporate the Hampden Mutual Fire Insurance Company" reported in the House by the Joint Standing Company on the Judiciary, on the petition of Martin Kinsley & others, came from the House passed to be engrossed as amended for concurrence: it was read the first time, the amendments proposed by the House were adopted, and Monday next at eleven o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading.
