(125) [Pet. of Nathl. Hoyt & als] The Report of the Joint standing Committee on the Incorporation of Towns, on the Petition of Nathl. Hoyt & others, came from the House amended for concurrence. The Senate receded from their former vote whereby they accepted said Report, adopted the amendment proposed by the House and accepted the same as amended, in concurrence.
[Report relative to Draftsman] Mr. Drummond from the Joint Committee appointed to contract with some suitable person to draft and copy Bills made a Report which was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
On motion by Mr. Davee, Ordered that when the Senate adjourn they adjourn to tomorrow morning at ten o'clock. The Senate adjourned. Attest Edward Kavanagh Secretary
