The Senate met according to adjournment.
On motion by Mr Gardner, the Senate took up the consideration of the report of the Committee on the gubernatorial votes.
[Motion to amend the Report of Committee on returns of votes for Governor]
Mr Meqquier moved that the said report be amended by adding the votes of the Town of Hermon as allowed, and the Question on the adoption of this amendment was, on motion by Mr Ingalls, ordered to be taken by yeas and nays. After debate on the proposed amendment, it was
Ordered that when the Senate adjourn they adjourn to tomorrow morning at ten o'clock and
