The Committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - to incorporate the town of Chandlerville -

- To set off Benjamin Woodbury + others from Buckfield to Paris - to divide the town of Bristol + incorporate the town of Bremen - to promote the sale + settlement of Public Lands - - to incorporate the town of Bayleyville -

which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Whiting of Whiting has leave of absence after Tomorrow + Mr Hubbard of Cornish after Wednesday next during the remainder of the Session.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the Secretary of State to cause the report of the joint select committee of the two Houses of the Legislature, on the subject of the North Eastern Boundary, and also that of the agent appointed to ascertain facts in relation to aggressions upon the North Eastern Frontier to be printed with the Resolves, which shall be passed the present session - and the House concurred.

Bill - an additional act for the relief of Poor Debtors, was read 1st + 2nd time + amended and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Petition of William Wood 2nd for leave to change his name was read + referred to the committee on the change of names.

- additional act regulating the fishery of alewives in the town of Mt Desert,

which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
