Bills to annex part of Palmyra to Pittsfield, was read a 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at two oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to set off part of the town of Foxcroft and annex the same to township numbered seven in the eighth range, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Report on the petition of John Whiting, granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Resolve in favor of Erastus Toole, was read once and Wednesday next at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the town of Hancock, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill concerning the Penobscot Tribe of Indians was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to incorporate the Literary Fraternity of Waterville College, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill in further addition to an act for the settlement of certain equitable claims arising in real actions, was read 1st & 2d time and Wednesday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Piscataquis Canal was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked S. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill regulating fisheries at the mouth of the Kennebec River was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
