Bill to incorporate the Penobscot Mill Damn Company was read once & referred to Messrs Carpenter of Howland, Bartlett of Garland & Holbrook of Frankfort

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Bangor Bridge, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading

Bill to incorporate the Bangor Mechanic Association, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of certain Academies in the Country of York laid on the table by Mr Smith of Newfield, was read 1st & 2nd time & ordered to lie on the table until Monday next at ten oclock.

Petition of Ephraim Cole & als, Selectmen of Greenwood for relief in relation to the erection of causeways, roads ect was read & referred to the committee on Turnpikes ect - Sent up for concurrence.

Bill going to Ship Carpenters and others a lien on vessels was read a 1st 2nd & third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill repealing the second section of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Maine Historical Society passed February 5th 1828 & for other purposes, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill additional to the several acts now in force respecting Highways, was read a second time & tomorrow at ten
