Reports on the petitions of Nathaniel Noyes & als of Paul Allen of Henry Hobbs & als granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Reports on the petitions of Thomas McLaughlin & al- of David H Patterson & als ordering notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred

Reports on the petitions of George Sidensparker & als- of Aaron Fellows & als- referring the same to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Reports on the order respecting Social, Military & Law Libraries & on the order respecting the law in relation to Poor debtors that legislation is inexpedient, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of the Proprietors of the Dameriscotta Canal, referring the same to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Petition of Sally M Smith & als to be incorporated by the name of the Female Orphan Asylum of Portland, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of Parishes ect for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Resolve respecting the State Prison, was read 1st & 2nd time
